Daddu tum lift mein hote to kya hota?

First the disclaimer:
Even after studying in a Private English Medium school,mugging Rapidex English speaking course and having a Grandfather who was a double MA in English, I confess that sometimes when I speak in English "IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL".

But even with this low level of skill, I want to ridicule the lesser mortals.

Here are two samples-->

Scene One:
Location: Stuffy lift in my ofc
Time: 10:30 AM

Bald & fat Manager to his female team member : "You are not pushing for it these days"
Girl smiles.
Bald & fat Manager again : " I will push it for you"
Girl smiles again.

Please draw your own conclusions based on whatever you think the context was.For sanity sake I will assume that it was about late night conference calls.

Scene Two
Location: Stuffy lift in my ofc
Time: 7:30 PM

HR Girl to smart guy: "Hi !! How are you?"
Smart guy to HR girl: "Good."
Lift door opens.
Smart guy to HR girl: "I will catch you up."
HR Girl to smart guy: "Sure, bye!!"
